Jon, the answer these days is water. But, you know, overall, you know, it’s funny, I would say tea, and it’s wine. It’s wine, out of those beverages. Now, root beer would have been more interesting, but I would say it goes wine, tea, coffee. – [Voiceover] Eric asks, “As a business leader,

that you can only focus on three things?” Erik, as a very underread,
undereducated gentleman, I don’t know all the details of Mr. Collins’ three
things that we can focus or the thesis behind it but I will tell you that I’m a contradiction on this question. Oftentimes I think that if you’re doing more than one thing, you’re not doing anything, and so when I focus on
building businesses, I try to focus on one core
thing, but look at me right now, I’ve never been busier in my life and I’ve decided to
start another video show? Here’s my theory: focus on one thing, and make that 80-90% of your nut, and then have 20%, 10-20%
of complete and utter chaos trying things, probably losing because you’re not focused on them, but it keeps life spicy and interesting. That’s what works for me. The truth is, I have a feeling this works very differently for everyone. – [Voiceover] Corey asks,

or the people that inspire you? Did you ever have a mentor? – Mark, you know, for people that watch me or have followed me over the
last seven or eight years, this is a very easy answer. I’ve been hard-core about this. I’ve never really been a big
fan of any business idols, including the before-mentioned Mark Cuban, or you know, really the two entrepreneurs, or people that have ever
kind of over-indexed to me were Walt Disney and Vince McMahon, because they were heavy storytellers and turned businesses out of that. I like that, but to say
they were my mentors or I looked up to them,
there is no Steve Jobs or Donalds Trumps, or Carnegies, there is nothing like that in my life. My life is really focused
on two individuals: Tamara and Sasha Vaynerchuk. Tamara from the HR
people skill foundation, Sasha from the work ethic, (spits in hand) you know, we mentioned that
in episode three or four. So, you know, they’re
really my only mentors,

sure it’s overwhelming, I’m sure it’s probably
overwhelming right now, but I’m unable to quantify that against the enormous pride I have and thankfulness, and just glee overall that people actually wanna watch a show where I give my two cents. I mean, and I’m givin’ three
cents here, motherfuckers. And so, you know, the answer is, it doesn’t feel super overwhelming. – [Voiceover] Drekken

with my kids one day. Misha and Xander, if you wanna
be an entrepreneur, call me. Um, you know, I think the real answer is, Nam, the reason I’ve had two
successful family businesses, is very simply, and kudos to my dad, and kudos to my mom, and kudos to just, a lot of fortunate things
that allowed my dad and I, and now my brother and
I, to allow our love to trump our pride, our competitiveness, our business POVs, somehow in our specific situation, probably predicated
with a lot of hard work, specifically from my mom,
more than you would think, and my dad, and then the incredible natural DNA that they gifted me, we have created a situation
where we’ve allowed, at the end of the day,
for us not to lose focus on the fact that we love each other more than we care about getting our way.

doing a video show every day would like freak me out right now. (comical clicking) (comical clicking) – [Voiceover] Andrew asks:

Marie asks, what’s the biggest lesson
you’ve learned this year? Marie, that is a very simple question. By far the biggest question, biggest question, the biggest thing I learned and don’t edit it. I don’t edit here. Marie, the biggest thing
I’ve learned this year hands down is that prioritizing my health
is a really good idea. The fact that I am now going to the gym and eating healthy and I’m, what are we Tuesday? Is today Tuesday? So I’m 26 days in to
26 days of working out and times three. 78 healthy meals in a
row without cheating. The energy level is actually
down believe it or not because I was living on sugar but I just feel like a
totally different person. It was the absolute right decision for me. It’s changed my life. I’m heading in the right direction. I feel like a different person. I will be on this Earth longer for it barring crazy accident and I’m happy about that.

“in five years?” Jeff, the truth is, I
don’t really see myself anywhere in five years. I am not a planner, I do
not have a five-year plan, I think all of us can
agree that five years ago, Instagram and Snapchat
didn’t exist. You know, GoPro, Netflix wasn’t what it is today. I mean, the world is
changing way too much for me to think where I’m gonna be
in five years professionally. Five years personally, I
will be in better shape, I will spend more time with
my family. I will be going to a lot of lacrosse games, and ballets, and shows, just trying to hack my life
to have a better balance. Professionally, I will be
doing what I always do, DRock, zoom on this ear, I
want you to go right in there. My friend, this ear will be
listening to the market place. I will be listening to the
market place and I will be adjusting on the fly in
real time and I will be running a business and
marketing like it’s 2017, like it’s 2019, like it’s
2022, like it’s 2027, I’m a reactionary, what I like to call, I am a half-time adjustments head coach. My game plan is okay going
into the game, I’m down 21-3 at halftime, I’ve got 15
minutes, I reverse, drop down, flip it and reverse it, I
come out and I win 27-24. That is who I am as an
entrepreneur, that is why I have no idea what I will
be doing or how I see myself professionally in five years.
