“kicking ass with work while going through “serious personal crisis? “How do you separate yet deal with both?” – You know Kat, it’s interesting. This is a tough question for me. I’m not so sold I really know the answer. One of the things I’m very curious about, and I fancy myself in being very resilient and things of that nature,
but I’m very emotional. Going through a very,
very, how is it worded? A person crisis, a serious personal crisis
for me could be enough to put me in a position where I would check out from a day to day hustle and business standpoint and really go address
that whether with myself or whatever I had to address. I often think about, knock on wood, the bad things that are
conceivable in my life and how quickly everybody
around me will realize how little I give a crap about business in those moments. I’ve been outrageously fortunate, or unfortunate depending on
how you wanna look at it. I lost two of my grandparents long before I was born. I lost my mom’s dad, my grandfather before he was able, a couple months before he was coming
to America to join us. I don’t remember him. I’ve only had one grandparent growing up which created a scenario where I haven’t fortunately had a lot
of death or sickness. That’s a cliche thing. Obviously so many of us, not me thank God, so many of you, so many people here have dealt with crisises
that are way more intense whether it’s siblings or parents, or uncles or aunts or best friends they’re close to. I’ve been extremely fortunate. I think I’m driven by that gratitude. I think people are confused
by the gratitude I talk about. It’s not the monies. It’s, or the amazing audience and admiration I get from thousands. It is far more predicated on the health and wellbeing of my family and dearest friends. I would say as somebody who pushes hustle 24/7 365, that that is probably
the area where I think outside of actually having to do it, to put food on your table, or stay practical, I
think that is absolutely the time and place and the permission to step away, regroup,
have time for yourself, deal with those issues, and come back fresh. I think that it’s a mental game, and it would be insane for me to sit here and impose a strategy without having all the context. I think it’s different for everybody. I know a lot of people that go the reverse and go deep into their
work to shut it down. My intuition is I’m not that. My intuition and having
a lot of self-awareness is I check out a little bit, and I let all the
wonderful people that I’ve done a lot of good for as a leader step up in those days or weeks, or months, because I’ve
empowered them to be able to do things. Like Steve could sit
here and be on the show and eat a couple almonds,
that kind of stuff. Chalene Johnson here, the

“If you owned a CrossFit gym, “how would you attack the marketplace?” – Jessica, I would attack
it in a lot of ways. I think CrossFit is amazingly ripe for content. People hustling. People wearing skimpy clothes. People in shape. People competing. Just a ton of Instagram,
a ton of Pinterest, a ton of Facebook, a ton of YouTube. Just content, content, content, but, I would have a very
strategic approach, locally. If you actually run a gym, I would care immensely
around the 15 mile radius and so I would also test direct mail, I would test JV’ing with the other, one of my favorite moves
for a local business is, I can’t believe so many local
businesses don’t do this, why not go to every other
local business and say, Hey, India, I’m going to use India
a lot in this episode, Hey India, you have a
beautiful flower shop, here. But you don’t have a lot of customers and neither do I in my CrossFit gym. We need to help each other, right? Like, we need more. You need more people for this. What can we do, right? Maybe I could put your flowers in my gym and I’ll put a sign there. And can you do something for me? And that talk, that biz-dev with local, you know, hey, Staphon, right, like, I’m just
getting into it, now, I’m really now into it, let’s get this light out of the way. Hey, Staphon, I really
like your sneaker store. By the way, I’m going
to buy these sneakers. Some Nikes. You know, but, by the way, you
know, there’s not that many people that come here
Monday through Friday so wouldn’t you, maybe you could put a sneaker display in my
gym and maybe I could have something here. You cool for that? – I’m cool with that.
– He’s cool with that. So, my friends, localized biz-dev. Every small business needs more people. It’s the hustle, it’s the grind. You’re competing against the
thing called the internet and it’s going to win. But it’s going to take 20, 30, 40 years but every day it chips
away at your pocket. Every day, the internet comes and it takes another bill, every day the internet
comes and it just grabs, it just grabs, it just takes your money, and so you need to fight
with your other teammates that have the same problem you have. So, sure all the stuff that I’ve talked about in 102 episodes, watch them all, there’s plenty
of stuff in there to do. But good, old-fashioned knocking on doors and biz-deving with India the flower shop and the Stefan the sneaker
shop is very, very important and I’m blown away, every time
I go into a local business, that they have all this
square footage that they’re not using efficiently ’cause
they don’t have the money for inventory for unlimited sneakers so they’ve just got room, they’ve got room and in that room maybe I could
put a bench with a weight and everyone’s like,
“What the hell is that?” but there’s a sign there
that says Gary’s CrossFit, you know, grab this
coupon, one month free. Biz-dev, locally, I’m
obsessed with it but it takes the guts to go knock on the door and a lot of people just don’t have those guts.

and I know you love wines
so you know my country– – Of course.
– I read about you a lot, and what I like is that in one of your videos you say one is better than the zero.
– Yes. – I love it. I love these words
and I always do this. – I think that’s one of the best videos. Staphon, let’s hear it
for Staphon on that one! (crowd cheers) – So, I believe in the same so. – [Gary] Yes. – This way I say I’m holding
the food business today – [Gary] Okay. – And I believe in healthy eating so, my question is if
I target New York City as healthy eaters and
healthy eating city in the future it might be right. I know I will have one or more followers. One is still better than zero,
but should I go in this and should I create some
social media content in those terms and which it should be like, video or deals or blogging or stuff. What do you suggest?
– I understand what you’re saying. – Let’s take a step
back, hold on to the mic. What are you actually doing? What’s the business actually you do? ‘Cause that will dictate the answer. – All right, we have a product
start up with my friends and I’m working at a restaurant. – Got it. What’s the product? – So, the product is a
Georgian recipe well modernized for the American market. – Interesting.
– I mean, the retail market. – Is it an actual like food? – Yeah, it’s a food.
– [Gary] It’s a food. – It’s dip, you know. – Like a humus? – Yeah, like a hummus, but
we are much different. – We’re much better
than hummus. Fuck hummus! Okay. – (mumblling) (Gary laughing) – So, are you asking about
marketing that product? – No, I’m asking about
social media term? Should I go into social media and create some social content about healthy eating
– [Gary] No. – No
[Davey] will it be successful? – You should make content
about your product. Your product
– [Davey] Yeah, of course – well that’s it, there’s not of course you just fuckin’ asked me about some fuckin’ food shit in New York. Your product, focus on making
content around your product and around the lifestyle of that product but not for the sake of New
York City health enthusiasts. Right?
– [Davey] No. – (mumbling) Your so small. Like you can’t worry
about going that abstract. Nobody knows, there’s
not a single person here that knows what the fuck
you are talking about. They are like Georgian Dip,
you mean Georgia like Atlanta? No, the former fuckin’
Soviet Union fuckers. You know, so you know what I mean? So like, you have to understand
like nobody understands you have to educate, it’s
kind of like, you know, I don’t if this, I left Russia young, but like when I was growing up we ate a ton of pomegranates.
– [Davey] Yeah. – Right? But nobody in America ate
Pomegranates in the ’80s. Like my friends would
come over to play Legos and they’d be like what the fuck is that? You know, that’s not an apple. You know, like we ate pomegranates for years, and years, and years. Before Pom juice came and pomegranate became like, you know a Pinkberry flavor so like, I think that you have a lot of educating to do. Like I don’t know what
you’re talking about and I was born in that area. I don’t know what you’re talking about so, I think that you need focus there, you’re going too abstract, and
that’s a good piece of advice for a lot of people
like way too many people back to I said it before,
because it’s just so important. How many people here know who I am? 90% don’t, people make
way too many assumptions they think they are bigger
than they actually are you know, and it’s fine,
it makes people feel good. But like for as much ego
and bravado as I have 24 hours, 25 I think I
can build any business I’m always grounded in reality.
I think you need to focus on building a story around your product. – [Davey] Thanks so much.
– You got it, man. (audience applauding)

I’m from Warsaw, Poland. – I love it. Julian, are you the one who I was tweeting with today? – Yes, sir. – And so, you didn’t even know it was going on today? – No. – [Gary] And then we tweeted. – Yeah. – And then you showed up. – Yeah. – Big ups […]

I’m from Warsaw, Poland. – I love it. Julian, are you the one who
I was tweeting with today? – Yes, sir. – And so, you didn’t even
know it was going on today? – No.
– [Gary] And then we tweeted. – Yeah. – And then you showed up. – Yeah. – Big ups to Poland, baby, yeah! (audience cheering) – That’s the ROI of twitter, fuck-faces! (audience laughs)
– [Julian] (mumbling) – All right, sorry, hold
on, I can’t hear shit. Go ahead, start over, brother. – I mean, I was already in New York. – I know you didn’t fly from
Poland 20 minutes ago, dick. (audience laughing) – This guy, this guy. I get it, I get it. – [Julian] (mumbling) – Start over, start over! – I have a health care company that’s focused on limiting
obesity in America and I’m meeting with all
these VC’s and they look at me and I look like I’m 12 years old and they’re like, you know,
“What the fuck do you know?” – [Gary] Yep. – so, I explained the problem they’re like, oh, yeah,
that’s a really good idea like we all really like that,
but leave it to the grown ups and I was going, you know, fuck you and your receding hairline. – [Gary] Dude, I’m losing
hairs watch yourself. Go ahead. – So, how do I get like
some respect from them and actually make and see eye to eye you know, a little kid whose
tackling a big problem. – [Gary] You know look, I think I think the truth is
that’s interesting to me because I would tell you like,
I have no empathy for you because, this is the
greatest era of all time of kids getting disproportional respect because we’ve seen technology grow and you know, I was looking
at the 30 and 40 year olds in this audiance who were like that we wish we had any we wish we were allowed to do anything but, go grab the coffee 20 years ago so, I promise you like, you’re
getting way more respect the fact that a VC is willing to see you is like, way advanced
compared to where it was five or 10 or 15 years ago? I would say this though and look you need to raise money, right? Like you’re not going to see them to go see their receding hairline, you’re going cause you want their money. – [Julian] Yes, exactly. – I wanna align you on
some respect factor you’re going to ask somebody
for their money, right? so, you know, we’re in a place now where money is flowing so freely but, I would also keep
that chip on your shoulder because that’s great. I love that. The best thing to do and I’ve said this before on this show is sell to people that are willing to buy. To me this second I feel any indication that somebody is not interested you look, I’ll give you a good example if I went on a VC pitch and it
was allocated for 45 minutes. And if you sniffed out that just like they’re out, they’re like out. I would cut the meeting short I want that 30 minutes back, right? So, I’ll tell you that sell
to people that are interested versus trying to get
somebody and sell it to them. I’m never selling to anybody but the market that attract,
I’m selling to you guys you’re attracted to this
content. I appreciate that. I’m not trying to convince anybody else. This is right. I’m just
gonna go out and prove it. You know, so I would first
it sounds like you need money I’ve never gone out and raised money I just do shit, make
money, and then go back and tell you I told you
so, right? That you know and so, for me it’s sounds
like you need dollars but, money is easy. Go find the people that wanna find their “Polish Mark Zuckerberg” take their money and go and execute – [Julian] The thing is I’ve
been here for seven days in New York so I’ve of kind
of had an up hill battle but I know what you mean. – [Gary] Yeah, get it, but like I’m not sure what that even meant meaning like
– [Julian] Meaning like – going into a bar where
they only let me in because I am 20.
– [Gary] Right. – I already get like shut down–
– [Gary] Right. – [Julian] where all the
networking events are so, I’ve actually
been standing outside of like Wall Street firms and like hitting up the people. – [Gary] I think your
strategy was fucked up then. – Probably like
– [Julian] Why? Well, I mean, there’s
two ways to look at it. I mean, your strategy is not fucked up if you hustle to get in the
New York, right from Poland to try to raise money then that’s awsome,
but, then I wouldn’t be whoa is me about that like, dude I fucking work 19 hours a day like, I’ve, everybody’s got struggles. – [Julian] I work 20. – What’s that?
– [Julian] I work 20. – [Gary] Cool, I work 21. (audience laughing) So, here’s what I think I think that you clearly
got hustle, right? – [Julian] Right. – And like, I guess, let’s go backwards well let’s make it a
ask the Polish kid show. – [Julian] Okay. Bring it. – What do you need right now? Money?
– [Julian] Yes. – Cool, money is I think
money is shockingly easy. So, what I would tell
you is I would’ve before I came to New
York and knock on doors I would’ve use the
internet, new thing, and I would’ve e-mailed
people, hit them up on Twitter done different things to try to have much warmer meetings in place. How many meetings did you have
in place when you got here? – [Julian] I’ve had about seven. – So that’s good.
So how did those go? – They went well, but looked at me like I was 20 years old and said this is a way
too complex problem to solve for such a young kid we’ll give the money
to someone who’s older who has more experience.
– [Gary] I disagree. I think that’s what you
want to think they thought. – [Julian] Well, I mean
you told me and I said you know, I’m not gonna say it. – [Gary] By the way, I bet
you that they said that you because a lot of people are
bad at giving critical advice they probably just use that as an excuse. Because, I promise you, I know
every fucking VC in the game and they’re pumped to
give a 20 year old money. They just wanna give it to
something that they believe in. – [Julian] Okay, cool. – [Gary] Cool man, good luck. – [Julian] Thanks. (audiance clapping)

and I was just curious
if you ever get sick. Maybe you really are Bionic Man. If you do get sick,
how do you handle that? How do you hustle when you’re sick? Really sick. – Ryan, first of all,
hope you feel better. I mean you look like shit in that video. First of all, big shout
out to Lizzie Vaynerchuk because in the last 11 years
that I’ve been married, I have not been sick. I think that has a lot to do with the fact that Lizzie tries to
get me to wash my hands and the fact that I don’t
have a weird draft coming in like I had in my old apartment, which I think caught me a couple times. I mean… You’re talking to a old
school Eastern European kid who actually thinks that
getting sick and being sick is actually psychology. I think the brain is
the most powerful tool. Like, I know the answer
to this is not true, but I do feel like… I’d be lying if I didn’t
think there’s some way that I’m stopping myself
from getting sick. In the same way that I used
to be able to get myself sick to get out of school,
and I don’t mean like, “Oh, my tummy hurts.” I mean, in this weird, yeah, I’m going somewhere. I’ve never said this out loud. This is actually even
scary to say out loud. I’m so convinced that the
brain is this powerful, I used to be able to create a temperature, and I know that every logical
person, including myself, I literally just said, “Bullshit,” but I saw it. I mean, and sure, sometimes,
I put it up to the lamp and that’s how I did it, but
there was a couple of times where I would just psych my… Even right now, I just started doing it, and my stomach turned a little bit. I’m not kidding! Guys, the brain is a sick thing, so I guess the answer to
the final question is, you don’t hustle when you get sick. In the same way you don’t
hustle when you get sleep. We’ve got that quote card
that did really well, right? That quote where I’m like,
“It’s not what you do, “it’s not how many hours you’re awake, “it’s what you do within them.” I’m thrilled to get six
or seven hours of sleep. I love when people think
I’m a three or four guy. I’ll take eight every night, because in those other 16, I will dominate your face. I love people who sleep
four hours, but chill, and chilling is just not
doing something important for 40 minutes or having a
conversation on the trading floor for 30 minutes about the big game or what the fuck happened
in the Oscars last night? Who gives a shit? Execute, and so, but wait, who did this shit for me, I’m
purely focused on my thing. Some people like 30 minutes
of talking about the Oscars ’cause it breaks up their day. That’s their rest. You do you, but let me say this. When you’re sick or when
you’re sleeping, rest. Your body’s telling you something, and so, like weirdly, maybe I was sick
once in the last 11 years, I was pumped. Let me just say that
again ’cause I don’t know if everybody understood that. I weirdly wish I was
sick one day this year. I would really enjoy the time off. I’d enjoy relaxing, and the kids come. Misha comes home at three, it’d be fun! It’d be fun, but there’s something subconsciously that’s really trying to
not allow me to do that. In a world where I take
a hundred-plus flights, where that place is like, I don’t know… Remember how a couple episodes, I said that the 20- to
30-year old Gary Vee is soft compared to me? That guy did get sick. Now I don’t, and I do think it has a lot
to do with my focus on it, so I do think you can
out-hustle your sickness to some degree, but
when you succumb to it, because at some level, we all do, I think you need to
just relax and enjoy it.

– [Voiceover] Hamms
asks, “If you could have “a bionic body part, which
body part would it be, “and what powers would it have?” – The truth is I do
have a bionic body part. My right leg from the knee to the hip, and then the hip all the way in is made out of titanium. – I didn’t know that. – Yeah, most people don’t. And the super power that it gives me I think I can make this, but
when I was in the hospital, my leg broken in like,
literally, 27 places, and they were hammering
it back together made out of metal, the doctor said to me, “You know, you’ll never run again. “You’ll be able to like
catch up with a taxi cab, “but you will never run again.” And I was 26 years old,
and that is a tough thing for a 26 year old to
hear, especially someone as physical as I am. So, the superpower that it gave me was prior to that, prior to getting my bionic limb, I wasn’t much of an athlete or a runner, but since getting my metal leg, I’ve run 22 marathons, and
four IRONMAN Triathlons, and countless other races,
and I’m a much fitter, faster person since getting my bionic leg. So it has, I do have a bionic limb, and I do have a superpower. – I also have a bionic limb that no, no I don’t, I really wanted
one though, I’m pissed. – I was excited to hear what limb, what you were gonna go with. – You know what, I would go with ears. I’m not joking, I’m very intrigued by the notion of like, I
love picking up senses right, and for some reason, so one of the things that I think I do extremely well is I, that I really enjoy being able to do, and I’d love to do more of, which is why I’m going with ears, is I am often at a dinner table, or at a conference, having a conversation fully in it, and capable of listening
to the two or three other side conversations,
as a matter of fact, often when I talk to a small group of 40 or 50 people, I
will use side whispering of what I just said to
incorporate into my talk, and then look at the person,
and they’re always freaked out, because I was so focusing going here, but I heard them, and so I think people don’t listen enough. That’s
a big thesis of mine. It’s my overall social media thesis, and so I’m gonna go with ears. – I’m just picturing Gary
with gigantic, titanium

– [Voiceover] Antoine asks,
“What keeps you up at night?” – Antoine, that’s a very
quick and easy question, literally, and I think
at some level the reason I took this question ’cause it’s not– I’ve probably even addressed
this before with VaynerNation, but every so often it’s a worthwhile venture to bring it up again, which is the only thing that keeps me up at night is the things that I can’t control and the only thing that I can’t control that really cripples me is
the health of my family. The health of my family is
what keeps me up at night, which is just something I can’t control. I can do everything right, but an accident or something unfortunate or a disease that we all hate so much can come along and change the course of my life. When it comes to business, when it comes to my relationships, I
feel in utter control and I really, really recommend
to a lot of people here… It’s amazing to me in
the stress-filled world that I live in, by outside
standards, my calendar, what I’m trying to achieve,
my own stress on that, all the things that are pulling at me, none of it stresses me because it’s gonna be what it’s gonna be. I’m gonna execute
against my skill and some of the serendipity that
comes along with the game and I’m very comfortable
and zen in that game. But the thing that does bother me, the thing that makes me
upset or I’m concerned about is 100 percent the
well-being of my family. – Gary Vaynerchuk, I have
an #AskGaryVee question.

– [Voiceover] Simplybeingmum asks, are you a morning person? – I am not a morning person. I sleep like a brick. Like, I mean, I literally believe that somebody could break into my home, stab me in the leg with a knife and still then continue
to steal everything out of my apartment. I just sleep hard. And so when I wake up,
it’s just not great. That being said, no
question, I’m waking up a hell of a lot better
because of my working out. A lot of times I’ve been talking about how I haven’t picked up energy but what I have picked up
is the ability to wake up on this five and half,
six hour kind of window that I sleep, which I
know a lot of you think I sleep three or four hours. Heck, I’d sleep seven or eight if I can really like, when and if I can… By the way, and this is a
whole another long thing that we gotta get into eventually, it’s not about how much you sleep. It’s what you do while you’re awake. So, a couple things for
the question of the day.

– Kahlil this was a great question. I’m actually going to
take more sup questions, so if you want to sneak you’re way into the #AskGaryVee show,
the next couple of months I want to do way more sup, so I would highly recommend
tweeting that out. Here’s what sup. I’m going to be leaving shortly, just got back from Cleveland, had a great moment me and AJ have decided not buying stuff is the way to go we don’t want stuff, we want experiences so we decided to go
see Lebron’s first game because we expected the Cleveland stadium to explode pregame and
when he got announced. Did not happen. I’m just saying Cleveland. And so we want to buy experiences, so we made that decision
then the fact that the Knicks ended up
playing them made it so much more awesome, AJ surprised his assistant, Tyler, let’s go see Tyler. People for example, here’s a good moment, I wasn’t even thinking about Tyler, I wasn’t even thinking about Tyler, but because a lot of you are saying we want you to leave the office more often and go show everybody,
what do they all do, I’ve decided to do it. So I’m going to go see Tyler really quick. Just real quick. Tyler. – Looks good. – Speak the the VaynerNation. – Let’s go baby! – Were you surprised? I like how you went for the high five and I dissed him, make
a comment about that. Were you excited when AJ surprised you to go to the game? – Oh (beep) yeah! But DeMayo… – DeMayo’s right here. Let’s show DeMayo. A selfless fact, DeMayo, what we decided to do is we were going to take one of them and flip a coin, but DeMayo said Tyler did most of the legwork, let him go. A selfless act. – He’s the man! – Go Knicks! – He’s waiting for his
Yankees World Series. – Yeah, let’s go. – Yeah, I know what you’re doing. So that’s it, right? So you wanted more of the office, you got more of the office. You know what one thing we haven’t done is we haven’t gone downstairs. What people don’t know is, and the other thing is we haven’t
shown them the other side, so we can show them one
thing we haven’t done is shown you how deep it really goes, so like it goes further, you can give them a little there. So, look, and there’s a downstairs, and we’ll get to the downstairs. Oh Nick, you want to be on the show? – Hi! It’s the #AskGaryVee Show! – So, that’s that. That’s what’s up. You know, Knick’s, we surprised Tyler. We’re doing the show, leaving in a couple hours to go, go ahead DRock. We’re leaving in a couple hours, in about an hour to take the, take the kids trick or treating, so that should be exciting. Leaving early, you know, it’s exciting, I’m in that chapter of my life now where not only am I leaving
earlier to go trick or treating, when I would never do
that, even like in my mind, three years ago when, don’t
forget Misha was already born but not only am I leaving,
I don’t even think twice and that’s a nice place to be. So that’s what’s up, where like the health and family have clearly
in the last 24 months on family, 3 months on health, they have now trumped my work life, so that my work life is stronger, that’s an evolution within my world. But I’m working harder probably than ever. Like it’s insane the
hustles so that’s sup. Jets suck, that sup. That’s pissing me off. Winelibrary.com, Steve is
doing an incredible job I mean, I would say
basically at this point we’re like still hacking at it but editor like, if we go that route. We’re really excited about the content we’re putting out there. Check that out. Wine is starting to
creep back into the DNA, that sup. We’re excited about the show man, I’m really enjoying this guys. Like, by the way, it’s
insane how much I’m enjoying

“I’m curious to know
what your thoughts are on tech consumption by young children.” – This is an interesting
one, because I’ve done a lot of lucky, serendipitous piggybacking on today’s questions, because
I just went into that. And you know, kids are
all up in this right now, and I think it’s evolution. I mean, if you were to ask the person that was like me
during the caveman days, on his or her show, what you think about humans
that look like us today, all of you cavemen and
women would be like, no, ugh, ugh, ugh, terrible, but we’ve evolved. And I think that children are
growing up with technology. We are definitely going
into that futuristic world. And I think it’s great. I think that there are going to be different versions of us, but that’s not bad. I’m not the dad that’s gonna be like, “Get outside and play.” Of course I want them to be healthy, but don’t forget, our kids are eating a hell of a lot better than any of us. All our Big Macs everyday are a hell of a lot
different than kale chips that we’re all growing up with now. And so there’s trade offs. Not to mention more people work out now. So, you know, I think they’re
gonna be more informational. Listen to me, less information-smart, because it’s a commodity,
’cause anything you want to know is here. And I think there’s just
gonna be different characters. And so, I’m super excited about it. I think it’s uh, I think it’s uh, phenomenal. I love that children are growing up totally different. I love that I see Xander
thinking everything swipes. There’s some downsides,
like everything else. I’m worried about them being as active, but you can, if you’re a good parent, you can do whatever you want. But I’m not restricting
hours of a second screen, or a third screen for my children, because I think it’s
actually prepping them for the world that’s actually gonna exist. Straight up. It’s kind of almost like alcohol, right? Like kids, like, wanna
drink because in America we don’t let them drink. And so, like, you know
the kids that are gonna be restricted to one hour a day are gonna over-value this, and so, um, I’m very fascinated by it, and I’m a very go-with-the-flow kind of character. And I’ll also adjust to the reality of how my kids adopt to it. That is episode 24 of
the #AskGaryVee Show.
